Sonically unhinged and emotionally tolling. Transitioning from my 20's to 30's during a worldwide pandemic, I found myself locked in a studio for months trying to reconcile a great deal about my identity. FILE depicts a translation of the constant dark screeching in the back of my brain that says: "I hate you, I hate everything you are trying to do, I hate who you are, I hate your ideas".
